We opened our very first Shack just one week before the UK went into lockdown. Safe to say, it wasn't exactly the grand opening we'd imagined.

But what started as a tiny street-food restaurant in 2020 has grown into something pretty special.

Five years on, we're serving up our legendary street food from three locations across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, and we couldn't have done it without the incredible support of our local communities (and your obsession with our food).

We're all about big flavours, messy bites and food worth talking about. Think legendary buttermilk fried chicken, juicy smash burgers, fully loaded sides and the kind of meals that leave you wondering if you really need dessert... before ordering one anyway.
